Internal Customers



Last time, I talked about the definition of customer, but I didn’t talk about two kinds of customers which are the external and internal. The last article’s definition of customer was more of external.

But let me differentiate two kinds of customer, so that you may understand more what I mean in the first article.

External Customers are considered “traditional” customers. External customers are those who purchase the company’s products or services.

Internal Customers are the people within the organization or company who rely on colleagues to provide the support needed to serve their own internal and external customers.

For the staffs be able to serve the external customers with excellent customer service, one must be able to receive it first, could it be outside or inside the organization.

Pero nakukuha o nai-influence tayo ng isang pag-uugali kung mas maraming oras nating nawi-witnness o nararanasan o narereceive ang ganoong ugali. Negative personalities doesn’t attract positive personalities. But, positive personalities attract positive personalities. And because a regular employee spends more than one-third of his or her day in the workplace, it affects one's personality.

Kung ang mga empleyado ay satisfied emotionally and socially sa company at workmates, mas magiging madali para sakanila na i-share ang good vibes sa mga customer.

Hindi naman kailangang ipilit ang good and excellent customer service, dahil each one of us ay may good vibes, kindness and hospitality sa loob natin. All we need to do is improve it, let it out, and spread it out loud. 

Then, there will be an exceptional result: customers will come back, and sales will increase.
